Both these dresses have the same silhouette and literally follow the same design.They are characterised by a cowl neckline,a high hemline and flared sleeves.
Desires wore hers only a few weeks back while Irene Ntale wore hers in December 2015.
So we ask,who did justice to this dress or did they both rock it?
